Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage, If your parcel is unclaimed and its sent back to us we cannot refund the order since it does not comply with our refund policy, you the customer will have to make the claim to your country postal service and if you want the parcel to be reshipped you the customer will have to pay for shipping fees a second time.

Shipping Options (Domestic and International):
Shipping Worldwide: Transit times may variate, expect 1-7 days in most cases but you will receive a tracking number to trace your order.
DHL EXPRESS: 1-5 days Shipping is a fully traceable service via DHL website and has the best transit for delivery this service is handled directly by DHL not like the other options that are handled by Correos de Costa Rica in association with your country Postal Office. tracking number is provided by Belial Clothing Co via email (e.g. 9999 9999 99).
Premium international Shipping: 1 to 4 days of transit fully traceable service, this service is RECOMMENDED for ALL international orders, you can still select from our other options if desired.
Free Shipping: Only for special promotions or orders of $150 or above, this is standard shipping.
Standard Shipping (for orders fulfilled in Costa Rica): 12-30+ days approximate could take up to 8 weeks depending on destination, provides shipment number NO TRACKING for this option.
EMS courier: 12-21 days approximate could take up to 2-3 weeks depending on destination, provides tracking number and tracking information is guaranteed by Correos de Costa Rica in association with your country postal service. This is a fully traceable service from Correos de Costa Rica website
Belial Clothing Co, has shipping proof of every single order that is shipped to our customers we works with Correos de Costa Rica while your parcel is in Costa Rica territory and your Country postal office is the one who actually handles the delivery on the destination country (Royal Mail, USPS, e.g.) as mentioned above, we care for our customers to receive their parcels and goods and try to help as much as we can on the shipping and delivery process this shipping proof is saved in our files in order to help our customers with any claim regarding their parcels due to not arriving on time, delivery fail, missing parcel or lost package but is you the customer responsibility to follow the delivery process with your country postal office or make any claim in regards your goods, we provide tracking/shipment number to all of our customers as a courtesy (in some cases this number will not display any tracking data due to the type of shipping selected at checkout and how your postal office handle the information, read above for further details, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)
Shipment numbers and tracking numbers start with EE or RR and end with CR this numbers is the one your should use to make the claim with your postal office, you can contact us for more information if needed but that number will be sufficient.
IMPORTANT: If you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery time expressed in this policy, please contact your postal office immediately in some or most cases of delay in the delivery the parcel is at your nearest postal office in unclaimed or delivery failed status, we cannot be held responsible if you miss this delivery or how your country postal service and office handles the delivery that is why we offer EMS fully traceable shipping but also provide a more economic shipping options STANDARD shipping, you as a customer hold responsibility to make the claim and contact your postal service office when you notice the lead time is bigger than expected and expressed on this policy, we cannot issue any refund on unclaimed parcels and if they are returned to our address we will contact the customer with one time notification with instructions on how to have the order reshipped (the customer most repay shipping fees via Paypal) even on returned parcels we cant issue a refund. our Shipping proof shows that as a seller we fulfilled the contract of shipping the goods to our customers to the provided address.

Shipping and Delivery:

Our Staff will ship orders out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please allow 3-5 business days for processing time on special times of the year like holidays season or National holidays it can take up to 5-7 business days but we always aim to process your order quickly. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description for example Pre-orders that will have a specific shipping date. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order.
For orders fulfilled in Costa Rica, We use Costa Rica Postal Services in association with the destination country postal office service for all shipments meaning that once the parcel arrives your country is handled by the local postal office of your country, all orders will provide a tracking/shipment number starting with EE only for EMS shipping option and for standard shipping the number will start with RR or UA and this number its not traceable on the website below but you can provide this number to your local Postal serviced office or their customer service via telephone and they will be able to provide you with information regarding your parcel for all tracking numbers starting with EE you can track your package at track my order or https://www.correos.go.cr/ if you selected DHL EXPRESS as you shipping option you can track your package here all DHL shipments as under DHL TOS please review their terms and conditions at their website or click here to be directed to their website.
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected. When placing an order, please be sure to use translated English font to avoid delays. Our shipping system does not recognize foreign character font, which causes a hold in printing your order. We will need a translated address or alternate ship to address for the order to print properly. After successfully placing an order you will receive a confirmation of the order via email check this to ensure we have correct shipping details. Once you have placed the order no changes can be made. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information if applicable.
Belial Clothing Co cannot be held responsible for unclaimed, lost or stolen packages that have shipping or delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. You the customer are responsible for filling any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
