Because everything Belial Clothing Co creates is extremely limited and usually items sell out very quickly due to high demand. Check the next collection release date on our Instagram or Facebook and check back at that time for new designs, all sorts of sneak previews and extra info regarding new collections.
WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK OLD ITEMS?
We do restock old items but new collections have priority so we do not have specific dates of when will the styles be restocked or which styles be restock, you can subscribe to our newsletter to be on the know and have updates of restock, new collection and more.
I PLACED ON ORDER AND SELECTED STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BUT MY TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORKS, WHAT HAPPENED?
When you place and order we offer plenty of shipping options to satisfy you needs and budget, we do recommend a tracking providing option for ALL international orders, standard international shipping is what it explains it is, regular mail and this option does not provides a tracking number nor the shipment can be traced, we provide a shipment number on the confirmation email as explained our delivery policy, this number is useful for inquiries or other processes along delivery but will not update you on the parcel whereabouts, PLEASE if you worry about your parcel SELECT a traceable option at checkout, transit and approximate delivery days in displayed next to each shipping option.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal. All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties. We also accept credit cart payments via our secure payment processor gateway.
CAN I PAY WITH US DOLLARS, EURO, AND OTHER CURRENCY?
All our prices are in USD United Stated Dollars but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank/PayPal will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically; you need to check with your preferred payment method for the exact rates, as these change.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If you live in a rural area or remote island; contact us first to make sure we can get your order to you safely.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since we have really fast shipping, we cannot cancel any order once 60 minutes past the order time. Once your order hits our warehouse, it starts getting processed and then ships out to you.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number if you had paid for one. You can track your item here. Please note; you need to purchase a tracked service at the checkout to qualify, standard airmail does not come with a tracking option.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER – WHERE IS IT?
Please allow a max of 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and 30 business days for international delivery. Please allow these timeframes before contacting us about a missing order. Keep in mind our Delivery Information Policy and the type of shipping you selected at checkout.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please use the returns form provided in the order. We have a full policy you can read as well in our Return Policy.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Please use the returns form provided in the order, state clearly what you are returning and what size/etc. you require. You are liable for the return P&P. International orders will be due P&P for the re-shipping of the new item/s.
DO YOU DO CASH REFUNDS?
You qualify for a refund if you have purchased a full price item and returned it within 10 days of receiving it.
